Zey on a Malé rooftop
Malé, Maldives

Hi,
I'm
Zey.

From doing to being

I didn't plan to become a yoga teacher. I planned to come back to myself. Teaching turned out to be the same thing.

For 12 years I worked in Maldivian hospitality — learning how to hold space for people, stay composed under pressure, and find meaning in the smallest gestures of care.

I trained in Bali.
I taught on a private island.
I came home to Malé
and built the practice
I always wanted to find.

How it all began

Everything happened
in one year.

Yoga Union · Bali, 2026

200-Hour Teacher Training

A full residential immersion in asana, philosophy, and the art of holding space. The month in Bali changed how she understood her body and what it means to guide another person through theirs.

Soneva Secret · Maldives, 2026

Resident Yoga Teacher

A two-week teaching residency at one of the Maldives' most exclusive private island resorts — daily sessions overlooking the Indian Ocean, and the deepening ability to meet people exactly where they are.

Salt to Soul · Malé, 2026 —

Founder & Lead Teacher

Sunrise yoga on the rooftop. Full moon gatherings. Private sessions. Dance meditation. All of it rooted in these islands, offered with full presence. The practice she had always wanted to find — now open to everyone.

The Brand

The spiral is
the whole story.

That is Salt to Soul. Every session, you return to the mat. Not to the same version of yourself, but to a deeper one. You bring what the last session gave you, and you go further.

Salt — from the islands that shaped her.
Soul — what the practice gives back.

The Loop.

The same morning. The same heaviness. The same story. The loop is familiar — it feels like home, even when it isn't.

The Spiral.

Back, but changed. Each return carries what you've learned and releases what no longer serves you. Growth is not linear. It spirals.

Every session

The spiral
turns inward.

Each time you arrive, you go a little deeper than before.

Begin here.

You arrive carrying everything. The mat receives all of it. You breathe, and something begins to loosen.

The body speaks.

Your body holds truths your mind has been too busy to hear. Movement is how you start to listen.

The quiet.

Savasana is not an ending. It is the deepest point of the whole session. What you needed was in the stillness all along.

Home.

You leave carrying your centre. You were never without it. The practice simply cleared the path back.

Ready when you are

Come to a
session.

All levels. All welcome.
