Ten years in the Maldivian hospitality industry taught me how to care for others, move through pressure with grace, and find beauty in small moments. The sea was always there, glistening everywhere I looked. Always moving, always returning to itself. Like a dance.

The sea was always teaching me stillness. I just took a long time to listen.

Life brought me to places I never expected. The people I met and the experiences that shaped me slowly brought me closer to myself. Over time I learned to appreciate solitude, protect my peace, and find beauty in simply being.

Yoga came to me as a return. To breath, to softness, to a quiet kind of strength. What began with movement became something deeper. Meditation, healing, and self-inquiry. Eventually a decision that surprised everyone who knew me. I quit. And that path led me to Bali.

Salt to Soul grew from there. Rooted in island life, shaped by the warmth of the Maldivian sun and the rhythm of the ocean. The belief that healing is about becoming more yourself.

One month of early mornings on the mat, long afternoons in study, and the kind of days that change you in ways you can't fully explain. I completed my 200H Vinyasa Teacher Training with Yoga Union and I'm back home. And I can't wait to share it.

Small-group and private sessions, beginner-friendly and rooted in alignment and breath. For people who have never been on a mat and people who've been on one for years. Includes sunset and sunrise sessions timed to the golden hour, and full moon gatherings once a month under the open sky.

This is about feeling. About moving in a way that is entirely your own. Letting the body speak. Letting emotion move through you instead of staying stored inside you. The session begins gently, builds into free movement, then guides you back into stillness. Come as you are. All you need is a willingness to feel.
